Print Quality and details
Prints are created on 300 gsm textured matte cotton rag paper with borders included for future framing. Each original print is hand signed on the border, and packaged by the artist.
This hand-signed giclée print is of the highest quality and created with 100% archival certified materials designed to last a lifetime. Your print is guaranteed to maintain its rich color and vibrancy for over 100 years.
Prints are produced locally and every effort is made to use environmentally friendly packaging where possible. Your print will not be rolled, and will be packaged flat to ensure you receive it in the best condition. Please allow 5-7 days for careful preparation of your order.
How long does shipping take? Can I track my shipment?
All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive a tracking code by email when your order has been shipped.
Local orders (within the UAE) will arrive within 2 days after order preparation, International orders (outside the UAE) will be sent with Express shipping, through the Postal (UPU) network and arrive in approximately 8 days after order preparation period.
All orders are prepared and sent out by me, Melika, therefore while all efforts are made to send out orders as soon as possible, please be patient with the arrival of your order, it will be worth it!
Tax and Import fees
Melzarts studio is operated in Dubai, UAE and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased internationally. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and products.
Items are declared at retail value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.
Do you offer return & exchange?
As my shop is very small (it’s just me) unfortunately I can’t accept returns and exchanges at the moment. Prints are especially delicate and most cannot be re-sold upon return. So please be mindful of this when choosing! However you are always welcome to email or message me about any problems, and I will do my very best to help out!
Do you offer commissions?
I am currently open to select commissions, please email melika@melzarts.com with details to discuss potential commissions!

Melzarts LLC retains all rights to the artwork created and distributed by Melika (Melzarts). Reproductions of any and all artwork is at the sole discretion of the artist. This includes the rights of sold and commissioned artwork. The collector (buyer) may not in any way reproduce the artwork without express written permission from the artist.
